| Emmanuel Otukol – Biography |
Emmanuel Otukol is the CEO of Liberty Finance Uganda Ltd, a financial consultancy firm based in Kampala, Uganda. He is a senior finance consultant with Prudential Assurance Uganda and has over eight years of experience in insurance. Beyond finance, Otukol is an IT and security professional, as well as a dedicated community leader.
He is the founder and executive director of Wealthy Youth Focus Uganda (WYF Uganda), a dynamic NGO committed to empowering and uplifting communities. Additionally, he serves as the Programs Director at Green and Clean Environment Organization (GCEO), a non-profit organization focused on environmental awareness and sustainability in Uganda.
Otukol envisions himself as a generous role model and an inspiration to millions, aspiring to be an international pillar in finance, education, and security investment systems.
Background & Education
Born in 1993 to Mr. Olinga Otukol Tom, a former lecturer at Bugema University and now a senior government commissioner, and the late Nabejja Irene, Emmanuel Otukol has a strong foundation in academia and leadership. He is married to Nalwanga Racheal, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Musoke Fenekansi.
Otukol graduated from Bugema University with a degree in Information Technology. His diverse career includes serving as a military police officer in Uganda and working as a teacher at various institutions, including:
